She's Holding It Down!–Red, White, & Blue Paperweight

I made these in anticipation of a first female president. Figuratively speaking, she is going to have to hold it down now more than ever, but that is what women have always done for centuries. 

Two variations-Select either stars, glitter, and paint or pearls and paint.
